YUMMY

what comes to your mind when i tell you "YUMMY!" ?

yummy or yamyam is the nickname of my most beloved girlfriend. she is the chocolate, cupcake, pepsi, lechon, fried chicken , rice, bread and dunkin in my life. In short she is the one that gives me energy through out the day. She is the one that inspires me the most aside from my ever supportive parents. Every time we are together, she fills up my gas tanks and im ready to go for an extra mile of everything.

She started to court me. Opppss!!! I was the one who courted her. hihihihihihihi... Our story started with the English 16 class that Ms. Irish Tan used to handle. I usually waited outside the door and asked her politely where she was going. we used to eat in dunkin. since the prices of everything soared to the sky, we changed the venue to Magic Kan - anan. We used to annoy people in the library. talking very LOUD and laughing heartily. everyone stared at us. but we ignored them! as if we lived in another world. hahahahahahahhaha.. I can still remember the stare of an engineering student preparing for a quiz, then there we were, laughing out loud. He was so pissed that he transfered to another table with smoke coming out from his nose.hahahahha.... we were so rude.

oppsss.. i forgot! tommorow is my midterm exam for Chem Lab. Gotta GO

I LOve you Mariam

Im being unfair, insensitive and cruel. And Im sorry for that

For the past few days we went solid, I realized that Im so unfair. Its shameful on my part because Im a guy. Every time I ask her out, I don't even fetch her. And when its time for her to go, I don't even take effort in accompanying her. Oh My God. Im so selfish.   I want her sole attention all the time and don't even think about what she would like to do. I am a candidate for cruelty.

A few hours ago, I invited her to attend the general assembly. She confirmed that she would come. So around 5pm, i texted her that when will she come? She offered no reply, which released hormones that and made me hysteric. So i had a depression attack and was craving for so much food. I asked my friends that would it be possible that we eat first before going to the General Assembly. So we went to Jollibee, I ordered the heaviest meal available and consumed it in less than a minute.

After jollibee we went back to school. I waited for her impatiently and became insensitive on what was going on. Im such a dumb guy. Im sorry mir/baby dams. Maybe your right that im self centered. im so sorry.

my analysis on the national book company

The National Book Company founded by Delia de los Reyes is a book publishing company that specializes in collegiate textbooks. Due to her expertise and effective marketing promotion, her company grew from making P/ 10,000.00 during her first year to P/ 10,000,000.00 in its fifth year in existence.

The company excels in marketing its products. In fact, the company grew by 1000% in a five year period. However, internal conflict between old and new employees threaten to undermine said success.

The conflicting and unharmonious state between the old and new employees is a great threat to the company. It would hinder the productivity of the latter due to the lack of oneness of the company employees. Quality of work will be low and quotas would not be met. Due to this, other competitors who are more organized and harmonious would have more time to spend satisfying the needs of its clients.

The partners of Ms. De los Reyes are also having a hard time convincing her to explore the possibility of clear cut policies and programs to guide decision making.

With many problems confronting the company, it should be sooner than later that said problems would cripple the company’s operation and thus makes profit plunge.

The company should be dynamic and policy compliant. Big companies implement strict polices. Integrate what is best for the company. The most effective way to do this is to merge the best practices of the past with the futuristic and efficient ways of the future and apply it to the present.

Example for this is Shoemart or SM.  Mr. Henry Sy started humbly with a small shoe store in 1948 in Cariedo. Now, SM has become one of the biggest companies in the country. Owning the biggest mall in Asia and having more than 20 branches, and billions of revenues, did not come easy for the Tycoon.  He has to make some adjustments. He has to adapt to new business strategies, concepts and give in to the latest ways and means of making his venture more efficient, service oriented that indeed cater to the needs of the general public. He has to change to new methods and meet the challenge of the present scenario.

The National Book Company, if willing to be as successful as Mr. Sy must follow his tight path to success. The company must undergo serious policy integration and impose rules on decision making. Incorporate the values of discipline, goal oriented, perseverance, and good inter personal relationships would be a stepping stone to greater success.

Happy trip to my beloved

My beloved will be absent for a few days(it seems to be years for me). I have come to think that without her, I am alone in my struggle to succeed.

The past days seemed to be the best days in my life. I have accepted her as part of my Ego. She colored my life beautifully like Van Gogh. Time has come for her to leave for a call to her utmost importance, which forced her to leave me hanging i  the line.

As she leaves the portals of this hometown, I write this blog teary eyed as we bid goodbyes.I wish her a happy trip and lots of care. My heart will always be with her.

My stand on the Nature versus Nurture Controversy

For me, nature is more important than nurture.

Rene Descartes' Nativist view that traits are innate within us is a more convincing perspective in Psychology. Traits are innate within us since we inherited chromosomes from our beloved parents. A total of 46 chromosome from our parents. This chromosome carries genomes which carries the characteristics of a certain organism.

Since we have inherited these chromosomes from our parents, we carry the physical and emotional attributes that our parents have. We were actually equipped to survive from the day we went out of Mommy's tummy. With this , we evidently carry the traits, mannerisms and behavior of our ancestors. For example, I was born from the blood line of Albert Einstein, It is possible that I may be as genius as he was.

Since we have inherited the traits, and capabilities of our ancestors, I therefore conclude that nature plays a vital role on human development, because without nature, nothing can be nurtured.
